YOUR MISSIONS:

Within our EMEA Supply Chain Department, you will handle for 24 months, 3 different positions:

§   1 st  Mission:    From September 2019 – 12 months –  Supply Chain Project Manager (Lyon)

E-commerce is a strategic development axis for Groupe SEB. In this context, you will take part in the implementation of our EMEA e-commerce Supply Chain, with a constant care on consumers’

experience, operational excellence, agility, and cost efficiency. Your mission will be focused on three dimensions: 

·  Project management: you will launch new tools and processes to deliver on-line consumers. You will support the Supply Chain transformation and drive change to make this new business a success.
·  Coordination of Operations: you will work on the e-commerce day-to-day operations, in coordination with our Planning team, Warehouses, Transportation and Consumer service.
·  Business Analysis: you will analyse results and propose relevant KPIs to follow-up on Supply Chain performance (Service level, Time to deliver, Operations cost etc.) 

§   2 nd  Mission:   6 months –  Warehousing Operation  (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)


E-commerce will change the way we do operations, including on the field (shorter preparation time, single/multi-items orders, carriers management). You will work in an e-commerce distribution center with the mission to:

·  Support the deployment of e-commerce processes on the field
·  Manage change and implement the new standards
·  Ensure that operations are consistent with Logistics strategy, share learnings and set-up feedback loops with central teams  §   3 rd  mission:   6 months – Shared Service (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)  

Our Shared Service Center manages Sales forecasting, Customer service and Demand coordination, for 10 countries. E-commerce will increase the flows complexities in this area. Your mission will be to:

·  Work within the shared service team, to improve planning and demand coordination and especially manage the new complexity induced by e-commerce
·  Lead transversal initiatives, to improve the Supply Chain Hub efficiency

YOUR PROFILE:

Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering or Business (within the past year), looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Are you fully mobile? Do you think that innovation, team spirit and agility are keys to success? Do you want to have a unique experience, while gaining cross-company experience of a profession?

Please note that English and French are mandatory for this position. German is a great asset!
