As part of the EMEA e-commerce development strategy, Groupe Seb is launching a new Direct to Consumer (DTC) Shared Service Center based in France in order to build & operate solutions to develop D2C sales across EMEA.
In this context, we are looking for our new Direct To Consumer Data Analyst.
You drive Business Performance (More qualified traffic / Better Conversion / Higher Average Basket / Lower Cost to serve) by leveraging data-driven insights and ensuring action planning across EMEA D2C Share Service Center & Markets.
Your main missions are:
Knowledge and Insight:
Build a deep understanding of the ecommerce Business Model (P&L) and the consumer journeys analysis
Generate insights from a large data set across multiple sources (business data, media & CRM, Website data, stock availability, etc.) and support Groupe SEB in capitalizing on the insights to drive business improvement
Keeps up to date on latest trends and Digital / eCommerce news
Owns D2C “data” projects including dashboard project development and evolution, collaborating with internal subject matter experts across functions.
Monitors consumer journeys across platforms from visits to conversion across devices and flags areas for optimization
Provide timely ad hoc analysis to stakeholders and able to turn complex data sets into simplified recommendations and visual insights
Owns the reporting (weekly & monthly) for D2C performance across EMEA
Relationship and Influencing:
Part of the DTC EMEA Share Service Center and supports the Controller and Market DTC Leads in driving business performance through data
Support and train the wider DTC function to improve the Conversion & Cost to Service
Realize Business Piloting and Monitoring (business insight and business strategy)
You have a higher education (Master) in Business Management, Mathematics, Finance or Marketing and you have at least 2 years' experience in Market Strategy & Planning (FP&A), as a eCommerce Commercial or in a Data Driven Marketing role.
You master following data and tools: web site analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics,) and other conversion analytics (e.g. Hotjar, AB Tasty, Google SearchConsole).
You are an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or basic programming.
Consumer marketing & commercial skills are key requirements (Customer planning, Financial management, Sales management expertise).
You are highly organized, technically-minded and an excellent communicator possessing strong electronic, written and oral communication skills
You can work cross functionally with marketing to deliver best in class user experience.
You have good presentation skills - able to lead business review meetings with senior stakeholders in the organization both internally and externally
You speak fluently French & have a good level in English (written & spoken).
Punctual travels in France or abroad are required.
