The Account Support Employee takes care of the processing of incoming orders from trading partners and coordinates the timely and correct deliveries of the orders. Customers can at every moment be informed about the availability of their assortment. Be the first point of contact for questions from trading partners and managing the customer and price data in the database. Supporting the Key Account Managers for the assigned customers and maintaining contacts with Germany about the order steam related to several and joint warehouses.
For this job a higher level of professional education is required (minimum MBO), with an experience as Account Support Employee for several years is needed. preferably in the retail business with online retailers and with analytical tasks. Competences and skills needed on good communication with different stakeholders, result and customer orientation, commercial attitude. To achieve a high level of service quality it is necessary to be accurate, analytical and numerical understanding. Being a teamplayer is essential. Special skills required on SAO/SD, Qlikview and Word/Excel. For the international part of the job fluent English as wel in speaking as in writing is required.
