In that context, we are looking for our new WCM International Champion, who will contribute to the development of the WCM methodology as a member of the Central Team Innovative Materials Team, both as a referent on his(her) WCM criteria and on global WCM topics.

Reporting to the Head of WCM for Innovative Materials, the position’s holder main missions will include:

· 
Coaching the operational/ plant Managers and WCM regional/local Champions

· 
Teaching, training, and coaching Regional Champions & Plants staff

· 
Delivering Yellow Belt and Green Belt training and other WCM training

· 
Measuring and report adherence to regional Roadmap and identify high level constraints for each region / site in his(her) perimeter

· 
In case of deviation, together with the Regional Champion & Operation / Plant Manager, to identify the barriers and define 'why'.

· 
Define and validate the appropriate countermeasures

· 
Identify, share and promote good practices

· 
As WCM Senior Auditor :

· 
outside his(her) perimeter : to perform advanced audits

· 
in his(her) perimeter : validate the plants self-assessment, attend audits to then adapt coaching action plan to detected gaps and barriers

· 
Develop and update own WCM knowledge
