The position is in the purchasing department. In order to better serve its internal and external suppliers, the department is promoting and developing the digital tools. In this context, we are looking for a Junior Purchasing Digital Project Leader . The task has 2 axis:
1- Develop of a new tool for Opex Supplier Evaluation :
a. Define the functions of the tools
b. Write the CDC or technical specification
c. Find solution with the SGDSI team
d. Cost evaluation of the project with SGDSI
e. Schedule the implementation
f. Depending on the timing,  start the implementation 

2- Support the current users community on Digital tools  worldwide
a. Follow minor continuous improvements for the Tools
b. Generate guide/ video training  for the users ( “MOOC like ”)
c. Support the biannual Supplier evaluation  to be pertinent in # 1 (Capex / Opex)
d. Make  specifical KPI  synthesis monthly and analysis
e. Reporting (macro-excel)
