We are offering a VIE mission as

Junior Product Manager

in Saint-Gobain Distribution Spain La Plataforma business unit

MISSION

Define and elaborate the strategy and the range of products of the section under his/her responsibility for sales promotion in the centers of La Plataforma.

Establish contacts and negotiations with suppliers in accordance with the estimation of the business needs and instructions of the Management, as well as follow their evolution, ensuring the attention to the present and future demands of the target customer, negotiating the right purchase prices that allow profitability.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

·  Establish the commercial policies of the section to ensure sales and margin targets achievement, both medium and long term.
·  Identify new business opportunities in products and markets.
·  Definition of the product range to offer to the target customer. Determine the breadth and depth of the different product families.
·  Determine the terms of sale and price positioning of the products. Identify and understand the needs of the target customer. Analyze needs and identify growth opportunities.
·  Attend sector fairs and exhibitions to be aware of the evolution of the market, products, trends and actors.
·   Select the appropriate suppliers to the range offer of the section.
·  Establish business relationships with the suppliers of the different product families.
·  Negotiate the conditions of supply, purchase prices, delivery deadlines, payment deadlines and contributions.
·  Support, animation and advice on the sales of the products of your section in the stores.
·  Participate actively in the design and delivery of product trainings.

 

 

 

 

 

Location - Spain

Duration of the VIE mission - 24 months.
