Innovation Project Manager Assistant H/F

Description de la mission

Innovation Factory is looking for his/her Project Manager Assistant !
(Internship with the possibility of hiring you)

 

The Innovation Factory is the new PVCP innovation department. Goal is to speed up the group transformation by deploying transversal and innovative projects (IA, chatbots, customer experience personalization and digitalization…).

We are looking for our Project Manager Assistant, she/he will work with the Innovation Project Manager and interlocutors of the group different brands (Business Lines : Pierre & Vacances, Center Parcs, Adagio and Maeva.com).

 

Your role :

-          Participate to experimentation project production (POCs)

·         Scope definition, maturate phase and POCs implementation

·         Identification of adapted start-ups to work on our the projects

 

-          Ensure the technological watch on identified innovation projects (IA, chatbots, customer experience personalization and digitalization…)

 

-          Bring a technical and methodologic support to the innovation ambassadors

·         Coach them on setting up innovative project management processes (Design Thinking, POC…)

Practical details :

·         Availability : September – for 6 month

·         Gratification : 1 000 euros / month

Compétences

Your profile :

 

·         You are finishing your Master degree (Business School, IEP or other educational background with business management and business strategy specialty.

·         You are curious and interested in innovation topic, perhaps first experience in a company innovation department, in a big company innovation Lab or in consulting firm specialized in this field.

·         You already have be part of an associative project or entrepreneurial project in your student life.

·          You are comfortable in spoken and written format both in French and English, with an ability to empathize, good capacity to listen and ability to synthesize and analyze.
