Grâce à l’approche multi-boutique de Natixis IM, les clients peuvent ainsi bénéficier de la réflexion et de l’expertise d’une vingtaine de sociétés de gestion active.

Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 2 activités :

·      Les activités de distribution en France de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;

·     Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.

Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

Poste et missions

You will join the Financial Management team at Natixis Investment Managers. You will assist the Senior Management Controller of the Global Holding based in Paris.

On a daily basis, your mission will include:

·  Monitoring the operating expenses (opex) of the core functions of the Global Holding (General Management, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Communication, etc.);
·  Participating in the closing process (reconciliation of intra- and inter-company accounts, recording of manual management entries, accounting-management reconciliation), in partnership with the accounting teams in Paris and Boston;
·  Producing complete P&L reports (Net Banking Income, payroll, operating expenses) for various reports and analyses intended for the BPCE group, along with monitoring financial KPIs;
·  Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports for department heads, with a follow-up on variances compared to the previous year, budget, and revised figures;
·  Participating in the budgeting process (1 Budget and 3 Revisions per year).

In addition to this non-exhaustive list, you will be involved in the continuous improvement of processes and the production of ad hoc analyses. You will also be expected to participate in Finance projects (implementation of management support tools, digitalization of the function, etc.).

Profil et compétences requises

With a background from a business school or university, holding a Master’s degree in Finance or Management Control, with at least 1 year of professional experience in management control positions.

You are familiar with general accounting and analytical accounting.

Your English is operational, and you have a good knowledge of the Office suite.

Knowledge of SAP 4HANA, SAP FC, and Power BI is an advantage.

- You possess real analytical, synthesis, and writing skills;
- You are rigorous about the quality of your work;
- You know how to demonstrate discretion and ethics when handling confidential information.
