Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 2 activités :

·      Les activités de distribution en France de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;

·     Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.

Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

Poste et missions

You will fill a role within the Finance department at the holding company level of a multi‐boutique asset management firm. You will work on multiple financial reporting and accounting tasks in a deadline driven environment. Time will be spent working on the monthly/quarterly close, forecast and budget process requiring a solid understanding of accounting and financial statements. Additionally, you will assist with the management reporting process, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills. It is expected that the individual will learn and become proficient in SAP financial consolidation financial consolidation software, which is used across the organization.

Work  will  be  performed  independently  and  as  part  of  an  international  team.  It is important that you are a team player and are willing to learn and adapt to new processes across a global landscape.

Responsibilities:

· 
Assisting the preparation of the reporting process (close or forecast) in SAP Financial Consolidation software;

· 
Contribute to the various ongoing projects within the Finance department such as assisting in implementing new reporting policy, create new Excel models, test and contribute to implementation of OneStream application;

· 
Contribute to the intercompany reconciliation process, perform account checks and run controls to ensure accurate financial information upload from affiliates;

· 
Create, update and maintain excel files with the SAP add-in used to support analytics for management reporting, develop and test new excel reporting using OneStream add-in excel;

· 
Perform analytical review of financial results, assets under management and staffing levels through variances analysis against prior years, forecasts and plan figures;

· 
Assist in the preparation of executive‐level PowerPoint presentations, including monthly flash reports, business review and Board Presentations;

· 
Track deliverables from affiliates and maintain an organized database of information.

Profil et compétences requises

Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance‐Accounting and/or management reporting related role.

Fluent in French and English.

Ability to apply strong problem solving techniques.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.

Exceptional attention to detail.
