Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
New contractor position in the Communications Department for 6months-1 year (renewable).
· Assist the team on execution of events, sponsorships, media events / projects with specific focus in running internal/external events, logistics and marketing tasks for the APAC platform.
· External events: client seminars, luncheon, sport events, sponsored conferences, roadshows, media events, etc
· Internal events: seminars, trainings, town halls, End of the Year and Chinese New Year Parties, CSR events, etc
· Marketing tasks: Marketing collaterals preparation and printing, gifts & premium sourcing and production, etc
· Logistics: Manage RSVPs, catering, event materials, onsite setup and dismantle, etc
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
General skills:
· Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in the area of Communications, events and marketing
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills, organisational ability, attention to detail and time management
· Willingness to work unsociable hours when necessary
· Passion for organizing events and producing creative marketing tools
· Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure & tight deadlines
· Fluent in English and Chinese
