POSITION
As a Plant Technologist, you are in charge of assisting the Plant Technologist in all its responsibilities: you are the ambassador of innovation, renovation and continuous improvement in the plant. You implement the innovation, renovation, cost-saving and promotion projects managed or deployed in the plant, whatever the brand. Depending on the project you're working on, you can be project leader or contributor and others resources in the plant will support you, as the fabrication or the packaging team.
During this rotational program, you will get the opportunity to cover other subjects within the plant you'll work for and others, in different countries. You will be part of an intensive training program, both on technical and leadership skills.

Profil recherché

PROFILE
•    Graduated with an Engineer degree with a maximum of 3 years' experience or beginner with an internship background in multinational companies in production or development
•    Good communication skills verbal and written, including presentation skills for presenting to an international group of people
•    Strong ability to analyze and synthesize
•    Capacity to organize, interact and negotiate with production
•    This program includes international business trips during the 2 year assignment and may end with an international opportunity. The candidate has to be mobile during at least 5 years. 
•    Local language, English, and a third language is a plus; Master the use of IT environments.
