The Fixed Income team manages U.S. & global bond investments for institutions, high net worth individuals and mutual fund investors.  Our global investment process is coordinated between different teams with representation in New York, London, Tokyo and Singapore.

The Securitized Credit team is located in New York, London and Tokyo, and manages assets across a broad range of sectors including ABS, CLOs, CMBS and RMBS. The team is seeking a Trader/Assistant Portfolio Manager to assist the New York-based team in trading and portfolio construction as well as to contribute to investment ideas.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Execution and management of trades and positions for all Securitized Credit strategies
• Construction of Fixed Income portfolios across a diverse range of account types
• Contribution to investment views with the potential to develop into a Portfolio Manager role over time

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year plus of trading or investment management experience desirable
• Enthusiasm, drive and demonstrated progression of responsibilities in current position
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across teams
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and desire to be part of a market-facing business
• Familiarity with Securitized Credit sectors is desired but not required
• Strong academic track record
