CRM Project Manager - automotive (H/F)

MISSIONS

- Deliver and implement specific projects
- Manage the client interface and the relationship with the international project team on a day-to-day basis
- Customize general contents to the local environment
- Recommend corrective actions and implements changes
- Monitor and follow up project implementation to ensure all obligations are met
- Collect, verify and consolidate project results, supporting target achievement
- Regularly report performance and project status,
- Manage the economic budget in accordance with the project stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project plan and budget
- Manage project enhancements, suggesting improvement areas for project enrichment

Profil recherché

About 4 years' experience in Consulting and Project management on CRM processes enabled by digital services
Relevant experience in design business processes
A Deep knowledge of Digital Marketing o CRM implementation platform is a plus.
Capacity to support the Business Management to develop new business concepts and ideas (concept design)
Consulting skills and knowledge, with the ability to lead and drive change together with the client
Capability to support the client, anticipating and identifying client's needs, in order to propose new business opportunity (business development)

REQUIREMENT

Large experience in the automotive sector
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Self-motivated and self-development, with a problem solving and continuous improvement approach
Functional analysis skills
Strong focus on target achievement
Team work and people management skills
Flexibility to travel, in the European Countries
Master Degree (Technical or Economical University)
Language Knowledge: French and English. Any other additional language (Italian preferable) will be evaluate as an additional asset
Good computer skills with good knowledge MS Office and MS Project
Business focused

Pay: to define + Transportation costs (50% Pass Navigo)}
