Poste et missions:
Mission of 12 months that could be extended to additional 12 months.
The VIE will work closely with ASIA Marketing manager (located in China) and with Sales manager South East Asia (located in Malaysia).
This assignment will allow the VIE to get a good knowledge of ASIAN market. A recruitment within Gerflor could be considered at the end of the VIE program.
DETAIL MISSIONS:
Market Support and Training:
o Participate to Sales Meetings
o Support the Sales team when they have market issues
o Prepare and update the marketing package including:
o Support and help the Sales team for customers’ presentations and trainings
o Organize Customer seminars and events
o Train the Sales Force about specification
o Inform and train the sales team as well as the new sales people and staff about our segments and solutions
Market Awareness:
o Follow and monitor our main segments (Healthcare, Education, Offices, Industry)
o Carry out full market studies
o Animate and update the competition database with the help of Product Managers
o Participate to the trade shows where Gerflor exhibits
Market Efficiency:
o Build sales arguments and Sales Pitches together with Product Manager
o Provide 4Ps analysis in cooperation with Product Managers and Sales
o Handle the deployment of the CRM and monitor it
Communication:
o Work on Segment / Solutions communication tools with Communication department
Reporting :
o Elaborate and update Segment roadmap
Profil:
Master degree with major in Marketing/ Sales
2 or 3 years of experience in marketing preferably in ASIA
English fluent (spoken and written)
Be good at Microsoft Office, expert in PPT presentations.
Lot of autonomy (The VIE will work from home office or from Co
- working space)

Knowledge of marketing tools and theories
