Group Head Office HR Director Unit manages all HR processes for Group Head Office populations, being in charge of recruiting and selection, training and development, performance management and people engagement.
Within this unit we are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner – Intern that would work closely with the HRBP team and will be involved mainly in the following activities:
· Support in the recruiting and selection process: support the design of job description with line manager, upload job description on external and internal tool, support the HRBP in the initial screening of CVs
· Support to day-to-day activities related to key HR processes: support in the performance and development processes
· Support to back-office activities related to administrative processes

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  University or Master degree, preferably ongoing in HR, business administration, economics, psychology, law
·  Fluent in English and Italian language
·  Strong analytical skills (identification of key message and reporting)
·  Strong and proven passion for HR topics
·  Excellent MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
·  Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
·  Innovative and with a strong interest for digital technology
·  International experience is a plus
