Role Summary/Purpose

Terre Haute Manufacturing Support 7 - 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate with team coach to ensure proper manpower assignments in each cell or shared services. Track individual throughput performance at each take time. Update MDI boards at every take time documenting throughput. Document process delays at each take time on the MDI board. Develop pareto chart of process delays daily and weekly. Update the heijunka tracking sheet daily and post at team CCC. Lead, review and assist with assigning A3 problem solving to help achieve daily rate. Participate in AWOs as required to support continuous improvement. Maintain personal standard work and follow daily. Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required.

Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications. Read, understand and utilize procedures, sketches, and blueprints as well as perform basic mathematical calculations. Communicate effectively and professionally with others, both written and verbal. Follow and promote safe work practices. Support lean initiatives. Lift light to medium weight in an environment that may occasionally require crouching, stooping and /or awkward work positions. High School Diploma or equivalent
