Role Summary/Purpose

A Technical Product Analyst will act as the interface between the customer, commercial team and other key stakeholders to the agile development teams; working with product line and Technical Product Managers (TPM’s) to conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and decomposing this feedback into features and consumable requirements. As a team member, they will act as the product owner for agile scrum teams to deliver features and functionality for critical new software products.
Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Product Analyst, you will:

·  Interact with customers and Product Managers through voice of customer requirements gathering to understand customer needs and timelines

·  Work with Product Managers and TPM’s to translate the long-term strategy and roadmap into actionable features and requirements

·  Collaborate with Program Managers and Scrum Masters for the release and sprint backlogs; owning and managing the backlogs of the teams

·  Act as the agile product owner for ongoing development sprints, working with Product owner and TPM’s to prioritize features to be developed based on technical competency and end user value

·  Communicate business objectives and priorities for short and long term to technical execution teams leveraging technical experience

·  Collaborate with Product Managers, TPM’s and UX for requirements creation and validation process for owned features

·  Collaborate with Product Managers and TPM’s to translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable requirements and/or user stories

·  Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs

·  Engage frequently with development teams; facilitates discussions, provides clarification and contributes to design activities

·  Demonstrate awareness of domain expertise

·  Influence decision making and problem solving across teams
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) from an accredited college or university

·  Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile software development

Eligibility Requirements:

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

·  Travel 10% of the time, as required

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in Minden, NV
