Role Summary/Purpose
Provide professional & proactive administrative support to the GE Talent Acquisition team as part of the Latin America Talent Recruitment organization.
Essential Responsibilities
In this role you will:
· Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
· Support standard recruiting activity, including internal recruitment and a mix of external hires.
· Deliver exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruitment methodologies.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree Student on any major related to Human Resources or administration, from 6th to 7th grade.
· Fluency in Spanish and English, with professional communication skills.
· Excellent attention to details and customer service

· Ability to work proactively with remote client base.
· Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
