Role Summary/Purpose

The objective of the role is to support Supply Chain with invoice accuracy correcting the mistakes appeared in the entire process: order issuing, order confirmation, shipping documentation, goods receipt, invoice issueing, invoice blocking and unblocking. It is a role with a crossfunctional activity involving Order management, Supplier, Warehousing and Accounts payable.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Daily consolidation of blocked invoice data base 

·  Contacting vendors with discrepancies and propose solutions 

·  Follow up the changes to lower the blocked invoice lines 

·  Understand the business case of blocked invoice issue and prioritization of the workload
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Active student enrollment for min. 6 months

·  Availability for min. 25 hours per week

·  Excellent communication and networking skills

·  Structured personality, good organization skills, agility

·  Fluent Hungarian and English, additional French is a plus

·  Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
