Role Summary/Purpose

GE Healthcare will drive global continuity of Service IT programs, processes and integration. The position will serve as a key member of the Digital Services Technology team, reporting into Field Service organization. The Staff enterprise application engineer will be responsible for building and implementation of advanced, technical and business process-focused Salesforce.com and ServiceMax solutions and its ecosystem.
Essential Responsibilities

• Hands-On configuration of Service processes on force.com using ServiceCloud and ServiceMax
• Architect, design, prototype, and engineer integrations with Salesforce.com
• Development using standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages, AJAX, Javascript libraries), Service Cloud including customer and partner portal development.
• Migration of configurations using migration Tools
• Solve advanced/complex business process workflows by Engineering and building customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment and support.
• Create clear and concise functional and technical specifications, diagrams, and other documentation
• Proactively explore new technologies to improve the development process and optimize solutions delivery to business
• Applies standard development procedures and a detailed applications knowledge in area of responsibility to create technical designs driving towards simple, sustainable, and reusable solutions
Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' development experience in Java, Salesforce.com (APEX, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages), web development technologies (including AJAX, Javascript, CSS) or comparable technical space
• Exposure to working with global teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
• Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
• Minimum three years IT programs development or design experience or equivalent

• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Full system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation
• Experience working on a global team with stakeholders across all poles
• Experience in software platform, advanced applications, user-interface design and/or systems engineering

• Demonstrated knowledge of Quality, Tools and/or LEAN processes
• Salesforce.com Admin certified; Salesforce.com Advanced Developer certified
• Lean six sigma experience
• PMP / ITIL certified
