Role Summary/Purpose

This position has responsibility for day-to-day operational execution of a complex development
team. As a key member of the staff, this role ensures the team has the facilities, tools, resources
and skills needed to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of
projects

Essential Responsibilities

In this role you will:

·  Drive day-to-day operational tempos and coordinate activities for strategic business
rhythms including - e.g. Growth Play Book, Session II, Op Planning, etc.

·  Work with staff members to establish vision and drive the operational strategy for the SW products. Support

·  Finance teams and business units in product performance tracking

·  Work with Finance and Product Management to continually refine product demand, capacity, feedback, etc.

·  Own team financials, resources, and staffing to ensure commitments are met.

·  Lead alignment between Op Plan, FTE allocations, talent acquisition and talent management

·  Ensure key strategic initiatives are managed to completion and provide operational metrics
and status tracking

·  Lead the execution of design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound

·  Engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product /
program requirements

·  Be an authority in proactively using data, practical knowledge and innovative insights to
drive timely decisions, determine appropriate courses of action, forecast future needs while
managing risk and uncertainty for the team

·  Demonstrate strategic level skills in collaborating with different partners, influencing
decisions and an ability to take strategic view

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience

·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Business Operations or IT

Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
