Role Summary/Purpose

The Software Engineer has responsibilities to the development of ultrasound systems software within the P&L.

• Software requirements gathering and design
• Develop and Implement CAD algorithms and features workflow/UI service
• Implement the integration of CAD service on U/S platform
• SW issue troubleshooting
• Arranging SW verification for CAD features.
• Maintain documents during NPI development according to GE SDLC process
• Maintain the assert of SW team
Essential Responsibilities

1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
5. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or related computer field
2. Effective communication skills
Be proficient in writing documents in English, the ability of oral English should deal with daily communication
3. Working with carefulness
Desired Characteristics

1. Experience in GPU programming with C++ or Pathon
2. Experience in programming with C/C++, Pathon or Script language
3. Experience in AI/deep learning development
4. Experienced in image processing software development
