Essential Responsibilities

We are doing full stack product development – from HW through all layers of SW up to UI applications of embedded systems. This is a great opportunity to
learn and contribute to various areas in this development. In this role, you will:

·  Specify functionality in cooperation with cross-functional teams

·  Satisfy customer needs by designing and developing advanced software components

·  Work as an active member of a collaborative and multidisciplinary Agile team

·  Conduct and participate in design reviews

·  Perform testing and verification activities as per team priorities

·  Create and maintain design documentation

·  Interact seamlessly in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and global environment

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience

·  Hands-on experience in object oriented design, and ability to work independently with large scale C++ codebase

·  Demonstrated engineering curiosity and problem-solving skills

·  Eager and quick to learn and experiment

·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·  Legally authorized to work in Finland full-time
Desired Characteristics

·  Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

·  Demonstrated knowledge and use of design patterns

·  Hands-on experience and interest in Linux OS and Linux development
environment

·  Experience in embedded software development

·  Test-driven design and development experience

·  Experience in Test Automation frameworks

·  Experience in Agile ways of working, Scrum Master or
Product Owner roles

·  Working knowledge of tools: configuration management
(Git, etc.), defect tracking (ClearQuest, Rally, etc.), and requirements
management (Doors, etc.)
