Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for GE Renewable Energy -Onshore Wind-.
Intern will gain a good view of a Finance Supply Chain, as well as Inventory landscape across EMEA Region, Labor rate, Overheads and Productivity process impacting Wind Services projects.
Essential Responsibilities

Le/La titulaire du poste doit réaliser la planification financière, l'analyse financière et le reporting financier pour le segment Onshore Wind de GE Renewable Energy. Le/La stagiaire aura une bonne vue d'ensemble de la chaîne logistique financière, ainsi que de l’état des stocks dans la région EMEA, du taux de main-d'œuvre, des frais généraux et du processus de productivité ayant une incidence sur les projets de services du segment Wind.

Supply Chain activities: 

·  Inventory on hand and Material movements analysis and consolidation
·  Global Slow Movement Inventory template quarterly preparation
·  Parts / R&R liquidations to projects / other departments
·  Parts / R&R Base & Variable cost analysis and reclassification
WIP Jobs monthly financial close out
·  Parts / R&R Actuals Vs OP review 

Monthly and Quarterly Closing activities 
Labor rate calculations support
Productivity validation support

Activités relatives à la chaîne logistique :  

·  Analyse et consolidation des stocks disponibles et des mouvements de matériel 
·  Préparation trimestrielle du modèle d’inventaire des stocks à rotation lente à l'échelle mondiale 
·  Liquidation des stocks de pièces/R&R pour des projets/d’autres services 
·  Analyse et reclassement comptable des coûts de base et des coûts variables des pièces/R&R dans le cadre de la clôture financière mensuelle des projets portant sur des produits en cours de fabrication 
·  Analyse des résultats réels par rapport au plan opérationnel pour les pièces/R&R

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Business Administration studies 
·  Fluent in English/Spanish 
·  Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables and basic formulas are a must) 
·  Oracle/SAP
·  EU Work Permit
