Role Summary/Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to sales team and coordinate the public tender process.
Essential Responsibilities
• Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Public BIDs processes in country;
• Be 100% aligned with Commercial Strategy of the Business at all time;
• Support the key projects/initiatives roll outs within GEHC Quality;
• Visibility & Identification of Opportunities;
• Follow up to responsible for submitting offers in a timely manner;
• Development of Quotations and proposals, submission for approval. Develop all documents needed to attend BIDs opportunities;
• Apply policy 5.0 if is necessary;
• Coordinate all the BIDs submission in accordance of compliance and on time;
• Coordinate the approval of negotiated prices and terms;
• Interaction with Sales Team, Customer Service, Finance, QA, Legal, RA;
• Preparation of Private & Public Contracts and Addendums;
• Follow-up for public contracts firms;
• Delivery account for the OTR process;
• Gatekeeper policy 5.0;
• Build effective cross functional relationships to understand impact to customers and service level;
• Ensuring key metrics are in place and monitored throughout the year;
• Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust;
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Proven experience in commercial proposal management and contract process
2. Showing familiar with BID process
3. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
4. Competent with Excel, Power Point and Word
5. Ability to manage self and tasks a proactive manner
6. Excellent organizational and administrative skills
7. A calm and analytical approach to problem solving under pressure situation
8. Willingness to work as part of a team, driving / leading team projects
9. Ability to communicate in English (must to have)
10. Ability to work in a cross-functional cross-country team environment
Desired Characteristics
• Previous experience in Pharma and/or Healthcare industry preferred
• Background administrative, economical or legal.
