Role Summary/Purpose

This tactical Sales Operations Analyst role will provide critical operational support to GE’s field sales team and sales management, and act as an integral link between the Sales organization, and other corporate support functions (e.g. Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Product, IT, and Product Management). This role will require a strong working knowledge of the business selling cycle and commercial processes, as well as the expansion, adoption, and utilization of sales tools.
Essential Responsibilities

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

·  Maintain Salesforce effectiveness,
productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, Salesforce CRM platform and
tools, and lead for commercial planning and forecasting  
·  Work crossfunctionally
with the primary objective of enabling field team and sales leadership to make
effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions
·  Develop solutions within
Salesforce and other commercial tools to support critical business needs and meet project
objectives, client requirements and business goals  
·  Manage daily support and
maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to
ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements 
·  Communicate with project
managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective
collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment 
·  Drive
Salesforce.com architecture and design decisions with best practices in enterprise architecture
standards, i.e., Security, Performance, Design & Development, and Application
Governance  
·  Lead functional and technical solution design activities, and the
creation of application and integration design documents that leverage Salesforce.com best
practices 
·  Provide guidance on Salesforce.com environment and release
management  
·  Manage expectations
·  Negotiate solutions to complex
problems with both business teams and IT peers  
·  Support and troubleshoot
key implementation and on-going issues, and demonstrate ability to drive a successful
resolution
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Technology
(MIS)
·  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or strategy related
role
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations

·  Minimum of 3 to 5 years of CRM,
in particular Salesforce (certified Salesforce Administrator)

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and
PowerPoint)
·  Experience leading projects in process improvement, change management,

facilitating workshops

verbal communication skills
