Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Leader is responsible for leading and strategically growing sales for the Pressure Control organization in Canada Region with focus on increasing customer satisfaction, share, margin contributions, pricing and driving process effectiveness. This is a challenging Leadership role with the potential to become Operations Leader in 2 years time.
Essential Responsibilities

•Lead a Regional Sales Team, grow regional relationships and implement winning strategies
•Develop effective relationships and processes with Regional Ops, Services, Manufacturing and Commercial teams
•Own the Order Book/Plan while driving price and margins along with cash management with clean orders & meeting targeted receivables
•Lead Customer responsiveness with ownership of the CCR (customer compliant register) insuring timely resolution and feedback to the Customer on ‘root cause’ of issues and resolution.
•Identify, promote and exploit product and market development opportunities including participation with the P&L’s NPI plans.
•Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers
•Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution
•Integrate information tools (Sales Force.com), resources (Marketing & Vertical Teams), and
activities (product forecasting) within the region
•Conduct customer satisfaction evaluation, plan, and follow through on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback .
•Provide specific account leadership, plans (Growth Play Book), and actions to assure that BHGE wins profitable business and services sales within the assigned countries and customers
•Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales
•Actively lead and develop team members in their professional development while building bench strength and a succession plan.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or college and/or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in sales roles
•10-15 years experience in Calgary selling to O&G producer’s Drilling and Completions teams
•At least 5 years Surface product experience
•Ability to travel
•Effective oral and written communication
•Sales experience along with presentation / project management skills
•Experience as a team manager
•Integrative team working style
