Role Summary/Purpose

To support our local R&D Team we are in the process of recruiting a R&D scientist for the membrane portfolio in Dassel. The person will be located at site in Dassel. All work will be performed in close collaboration with local Global Supply Chain.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Key technical & production support connected mainly to relevant complaint handling systems
·  Close interactions with manufacturing, product management, commercial sales and quality – utilizing technical expertise to help resolve urgent issues with existing products
·  Support to ensure laboratory compliance and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Regulations
·  Laboratory work for critical support activities
Qualifications/Requirements

·  MSc or BSc in natural sciences, preferably polymer/material science, or similar experience
·  Documented theoretical knowledge and practical experience regarding membrane production & application
·  Documented experience of design ownership work
·  German and English as working languages
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Excellent computer skills and ability to work in both general and internal systems
