Essential Responsibilities

- Accomplish document management including but not limited to document preparation, collection, scan, filing, retrieve and check.
- Involve in digital P-file project regarding Workday implement process.
- Other ad hoc requests e.g. Immigration process.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Detail oriented, strong execution ability and willing to deal with routine work.
- Can work under time urgency and undertake certain workload.
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
- Good command of PC skills.
