Role Summary/Purpose

The Peebles Engineering Test Technician (SA )will assists in engine dis-assembly, repair, prep for test and de-prep following approved instructions and practices.

Positions available and to be filled will be on the following weekend shifts :
·  Weekend 4x10, 1st shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
·  Weekend 3x12, 2nd shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Essential Responsibilities

In addition, as the Peebles Engineering Test Technician (SA), you will :

·  Assist with installing engines in the test stand and setup for test, including special or slave systems

·  Assist with the operation of the current family of engines, following approved work requests and ensuring the engine is operated within published limits

·  Maintain good communications with the assembly / test team

·  Flexibility in schedule to work weekend shifts :
·  Weekend 4x10, 1st shift -
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
·  Weekend 3x12, 2nd shift - Friday, Saturday,
Sunday
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Associate’s Degree in Technical Discipline from an accredited school or institution (Or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or equivalent quality training)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

·  Positions available and to be filled will be on our weekend shifts :
·  Weekend 4x10, 1st shift -
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
·  Weekend 3x12, 2nd shift - Friday, Saturday,
Sunday

·  Ability and willingness to work an off shift position
Desired Characteristics

·  Demonstrated Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

·  Some experience with PC’s

·  Strong communication skills

·  Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
