Role Summary/Purpose

M&C Channels Sales Support Specialist is a commercial role that will report directly to M&C Regional Channels Leader and work together with LATAM Channels Inside Sales Team to provide administrative / sales support and promote growth of M&C Channel Partners in Latin America. 
Essential Responsibilities

·  Assist the M&C Regional Channels Leader with management and payment of commissions to all M&C Channel Partners (CPs) in Latin America (+50 different companies with presence in all countries in the region) 
·  Support forecasting construction and Pipeline based on backlog data, risks and opportunities from different sources (Salesforce / DM / Synygy / Smartsheets). 
·  Maintain a very close control of Past Dues, taking effective actions to keep it within a tight threshold critical for the business. 
·  Manage a pipeline of opportunities on SFDC to ensure personal and team targets are achieved. 
·  Accountable to achieve orders & sales OP target for assigned CP accounts/geo markets. 
·  Support the M&C Regional Channels Leader with development of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) presentations, analytics and controls. 
·  Execute additional tasks, as requested by the M&C Regional Channels Leader, to promote best administrative practices and to foster commercial growth of M&C Channel Partners.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.  
·  Minimum 3 yrs of experience in an Sales/Commercial role (Pipeline Management and Sales skills). 
·  Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach.  
·  Fluent both in English and Spanish. Will need to maintain conversations in meetings/calls and process written information in both languages as part of daily activities. 
·  Strong oral and written communication skills. 
·  Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point and Excel) 
·  Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, experience with sales reporting and analysis. 
·  Understanding of the Field Sales/Service and Product delivery processes.
