To achieve that goal daily communication with actually all production functions like production leaders, manufacturing engineers, material planners as well as procurement is key.
Furthermore, you will be responsible to parametrize our APS system for your responsible area, develop new order tracking tools (sufficient for managing a one-piece-flow production), initiate new meeting structures according to your leadership needs and provide regular reports to the master scheduling leader. You will benefit from close collaboration with the other three area planners (rotor shop, global repair center, hot gas path parts shop) that are looking forward to share their knowledge and best practices with you.
