Role Summary/Purpose
She/ he will actively work on executing Spare Parts statistical analysis based on the SPIR (Spare Part Interchangeability Record) historical database.
She/he will also support not only the implementation of the future IT platform that will create the SPIR by interfacing with IT and technical team but also will give her/his contribute to improve the current SPIR cycle time, On-Time Delivery(OTD) and accuracy.
She/he will be exposed to effectively communicate with Regions and Commercials.
Essential Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated individuals seeking a challenging career with excellent academic, international exposure to:
· Support the team to improve current tools
· Perform metrics and statistical analyses on spare part databases
· Measure SPIR project progress and anticipate actions working with internal stakeholders (AE, CAM, ENG and Suppliers)
· Provide regular reporting to on the status to the stakeholders
· Work closely with GS Engineering team and CAM organization to meet Customer CTQ’s.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Physics / Math or Engineering degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
· Italian/English fluency.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Ability to code is a must (excel VBA, python or other)
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities.
· Planning and coordinating skills in international environment
· Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
· Effective Problem Solving Skill
Desired Characteristics
· Previous experience with database analyses and coding is strongly preferred
· Self-starter, high motivation level, with leadership skills
· Excellent in presentation, communication and team building skills
· Clear thinker mindset is recommended
