Role Summary/Purpose

The internship position is placed intheMechanical & Electrical team of the Construction & Commissioning department which executes projects in Gas Power business.

Essential Responsibilities

During the first month you will be
introduced and trained on the processes and tasks in the
Construction and Commissioning department. At the end of the
introduction period you agree with your manager on the topic and the roadmap of
the Master Thesis, Diploma Work (Project in general).

You will attend project tender review meetings to get basic knowledge of the
tendering process and later actively participate and
represent C&C. You shall be able to autonomously calculate
the man-hours for erection for the on-going tender projects based on the
quantities received from the tender manager.

After around 1/3 into the internship you shall visit a construction site in
Europe. The target of the site visit is that you get a practical view of the
power station construction activities.

After month four of the internship , and in agreement with your manager,
you shall develop the basics of an advanced tool that enables to
forecast the manpower requirements on site based on tender data input. The tool
shall be brought to a point towards the end of the internship,
where it can be actively used.

You represent M&E where the manager deems it appropriate, and
support the team in the day-to-day activities.

During the last month you finalize your project which we have agreed during
month one, and prepare the necessary documentation for finalization and
presentation to your athenaeum.

·  Being a new graduate or currently
preparing a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Processes, you are
motivated to join a multicultural and dynamic environment.
·  You are prepared to
strengthen your technical knowledge and your personal skills across an
international organization.
·  Proficient in use of MS Office Suite of
tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.
·  Strong organizational skills and a keen
eye for details, motivated and eager to learn
