Role Summary/Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for executing on HR services, including developing an in-depth understanding of relevant HR systems, processes, and policies. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions. Identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities

1. Management of Oracle database to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manage all aspects of maintaining GE's Oracle HR database to support payroll transactions, reporting, reorganizations including acquisitions, dispositions
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and execute OHR data update accurately and timely.
- Work closely with P&B to manage OHR updates to accomplish data accuracy on interpay audit & sync reports
- Leverage GCRM metrics to measure OHR completion timeliness and accuracy
2. Responsible for Enterprise standards (ES) tools/processes - OHR related tasks
- Triage HR and employee inquires and requests through HR tools to ensure SLA.
- Support country ES leader for related ES tools/ processes launch
- Ensure appropriate implementation of ES systems changes or updates including testing to ensure accuracy of system functionality
3. Ensure HR Data compliance
- Set up Country Standard SOP on OHR maintenance
- Well manage on data security and confidentiality
- Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily operation
- Deliver OHR related training if required
4. Support Local & Global OHR enhancements/Changes
- Support Country OHR leader for global initiated OHR configuration requirement execution if required
- Support all global efforts to standardize or restructure OHR data to support key HR initiatives
- Provide OHR expertise, assistance and troubleshooting to other teams working with OHR data or downstream systems.
5. Participate global, country Ops related projects, e.g. e-tool enhancement, process/ system review, employee events, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, or related
- Minimum 1-2 years HR working experience, equivalent work experience with HR information systems or managing HR data maintenance in matrix environment is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and execution ability
- High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent English & local language capability of the country being supported in both verbal and written
- Proficient PC & Excel skills(including formulas, pivot table application.. etc)
