Essential Responsibilities
• Contribute to design and develop tools and processes required for improving the Talent Acquisition capabilities of the organization.
• Provide support in the Talent Acquisition process for different businesses: Sourcing and contacting candidates.
• Contribute to design and develop market intelligence / data strategies to support the business growth in high competitive markets.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Currently studying the last two years of a bachelor degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology)
• Fully bilingual in English & Japanese, oral and written
