Essential Responsibilities

Maintain high customer satisfaction in the target areas for the specific products of Life Science equipment
Manage territory service activity and ensure the quality to meet company measurements and business target
Drive market penetration for the specific products of LS equipment in target areas
Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning and qualification, troubleshooting & maintenance, and necessary operational/application trainings, etc
Coach and help new team members to improve their service capabilities
Flexible irregular working hours and intensive travel for project work
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
Majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Automation and Controls, etc
3-5 year or above working experience (Life Science application and equipment svc/qualification of related fields preferred)
English proficiency (CET-4 or above)
High integrity & discipline
Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill
Good calibrated and learning ability
Capability of working under pressure
Business acumen
