Role Summary/Purpose
The Enterprise Developer serves as a technical developer on the eOM (electronic order management) application by designing solutions that enable our Supply Chain users to manage orders throughout the order fulfillment process, i.e. Sales Opportunity to Customer Acceptance or wing-to-wing. They will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting and optimizing the eOM application including code interfaces and data flows.
Essential Responsibilities
• Develop high quality frontend solutions that meets standards and delivers the desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
• Active participation in the Agile software development lifecycle
• Quickly prototype and iterate on ideas
• Monitor application code quality through development, test, and QA
• Involvement in creating REST APIs
Qualifications/Requirements
• Knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Java coding experience
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and test driven development, continuous integration (Jenkins / Hudson) and version control (GIT) would a plus
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with the following technologies, tools and practices: Spring, REST, Maven, Junit
• Experience with SQL (Oracle, SQL Plus would be beneficial), JDBC
• Experience with JavaScript, knowledge of Angular 2 would be beneficial
• Experience with J2EE, JMS, JSP would be a plus
