Role Summary/Purpose

We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Operations Specialist, Initiatives who specializes in Data Management to join our team. The successful candidate will help us collect, analyze and apply high data integrity standards to our daily operations, to both increase sales efficiency as well as to improve our revenue potential.
Essential Responsibilities

We are looking for an analytical professional who thrives on the opportunity to review and compound data and who can provide recommendations based on his or her evaluation of the data collected. Your ability to operate data collections and analytical software combined with your head for numbers will help you succeed in this position. The successful candidate must also possess the ability to work with multiple departments and employees ranging from sales and marketing to high level executives.

In this role, you will:

·  Establish, maintain, and update lead, contact and account information in Salesforce.com

·  Ensure data integrity by researching, validating and correcting information by using research tools such as Discover.org., Sales Navigator, Zoominfo.com, D&B, etc.

·  Support Marketing in maintaining data hygiene collected from events and campaigns

·  Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results

·  Support a variety of data requests and projects for sales team

·  Audit data on a regular basis and to ensure data consistency, completeness and accuracy

·  Identify and correct data entry errors

·  Generate and review documentation for all data changes and refinements

·  Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure better visibility and data metrics for management

·  Present data management updates at internal meetings

·  Address any issues, questions and problems in accurate and timely manner

·  Lead special projects as needed which may include; demand/lead generation, territory clean up and marketing campaigns
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s Degree

·  0-2 years of professional experience

Eligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

·  Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA
Desired Characteristics

·  1-2 years’ experience in data management, sales, marketing or operations preferred

·  Proficiency in CRM applications such as Salesforce.com, and all Microsoft Office applications

·  Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with sales, marketing, operations and high-level executives

·  Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking

·  High attention to detail and ability to stay focused

·  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

·  Independent problem-solver and learner

·  Ability to work with large data sets will help you in this position

·  Excellent organizational and time management skills

·  Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data sets
