営業・サービス部門のバックオフィス全般のサポート業務

Essential Responsibilities

・見積書作成・変更　
・申請関連進捗フォロー（値引き、特注、転売品CAT、工事等）
・契約書作成～発送
・契約書回収督促
・会議サポート（準備/議事録作成等）
・セミナーサポート
・プレゼン資料作成サポート
・受注/売上データ作成
・デモ機管理
・消耗品管理
・得意先コード新規登録/修正/削除
・その他各拠点で必要なサポート業務、電話および来客応対他
また、担当製品により上記以外の業務を行って頂くこともあります。
