Role Summary/Purpose

A full-time finance position responsibility for handling day to day billing operations for new and existing clients, planning and execution of billing projects initiatives, as well as identifying and driving billing process efficiencies within the Finance Department partnering with accounting, tax and IT team to resolve both technical and client issues.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Set up and maintain sales operations processes and policies. Generate order and sales forecast and analysis reports 
·  Set up processes & database to collect local market and customer data and generate management reports 
·  Coordinate all activities related to generating NPS scores and follow up on customer hot sheets. 
·  Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from NPS interviews 
·  Set up a process to capture & track contract changes in the system: cost/order change & concession 
·  Base cost and OVC management 
·  T&L budget control: allocation, tracking and report out 
·  OVC (vendor items, Pass due, pending acceptance etc.)
·  Support invoicing process ensuring that are processed timely, accurately and in compliance with Brazilian tax regulations and with GE internal controls; 
·  Good knowledge in State and Interstate operations by CFOP; 
·  Identify and report system gaps and process issues to Supervisor; 
·  Prepare monthly performance reports and support the Supervisor in preparing periodic management billing reports and analytical reports; 
·  Support internal clients on emergencies and customers inquires; 
·  Support customer maintenance data and ad-hoc billing and fiscal projects; 
·  Analyze, control, verify and follow the activities inherent to the fiscal area of the approved projects; 
·  Interpret and analyze the legislation to apply in the requirement and test plan; 
·  Verify and analyze the processes so that they comply with the legislation; 
·  Determine and analyze taxes on the circulation of goods - rate differential; 
·  Establish direct and indirect taxes on services; 
·  Analyze federal, municipal and withholding laws; 
·  Support in the analysis of validations of tests for the projects; 
·  Opening of defects during execution of the test plan; 
·  Support business case in the process of maturity of the requirements; 
·  Elaboration of SOP (Work instruction); 
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Ability to work 8 hours / day & overtime / weekends as needed; 
·  Write & read level of English language and native Portuguese. 
·  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration;
·  Strong Billing or Accounting knowledge of fiscal legislation;
·  Excellent execution capacity and good communication / analytical skills;
·  Strong Excel skills in data compilation (pivot tables, Vlookup, macro, etc);
·  Adaptable / flexible being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and / or to work in ambiguous situations;
·  Experience with Billing process at Oracle (OM / AR / RI) is differential strength;
