Role Summary/Purpose

The role of Aero Alliance Massa Plant F&M/Technologies Ldr combines responsibility of maintenance of facilities and equipment, P&Es management and new technologies introduction for Massa Aero Alliance plant.
Essential Responsibilities

The Massa Plant Technologies Leader will use her/his expertise to define and propose maintenance strategy/plans according to EHS/Italian laws requirements and to the company objectives (Quality, Fulfillment and Efficiency).
She/he will act with sense of urgency to solve problems to mitigate impacts during the production taking care of short-term and some long-term business goals.
Aero Alliance Massa Plant F&M/Technologies Ldr will:
• Be responsible for maintenance of facilities and equipment and auxiliary services in Massa Aero Alliance plant interacting with external resources/companies
• Interact and collaborate with plant Gates Ldrs team to achieve maintenance and facilities goals
• Identify maintenance and facilities projects/initiatives to continuously improve execution and efficiency/productivity of the plant
• Support plant long term strategy for areas allocation, P&E implementation and new technologies introduction in the plant
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering form an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with significant experience in manufacturing operations/facilities/maintenance)
• Strong and proven experience in building maintenance or manufacturing required
• Strong and proven experience in facilities and/or supply chain
• Wide range technical skills (knowledge of civil works, machining and equipment)
• Attitude to face both contingencies and long-term projects
• Experienced to work in contact both with direct reports and contractors
• Long range vision to drive strategic projects and related P&E
• Clear thinking attitude to match and anticipate internal customer needs
The role is based in Massa and it's required a full-time presence in loco. No relocation will be provided.
Desired Characteristics

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Experience in Facility & Maintenance activities of complex plant
• Strong oral and written communication skills (Italian and English mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate and execute projects
