Role Summary/Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient receptionist duties and other administrative support for the building. Responsibilities may be broad and changeable in nature ranging from coordinating or leading small special projects, to arranging meetings and conferences.
Essential Responsibilities

It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enjoys interfacing with people, and is self-motivated and comfortable using technology and operating at all levels inside and outside of an organization.

The Receptionist must enjoy working with people in a results-driven and community-oriented environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Receptionist will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. This position will require an attention to detail with logistics and strong adherence to rules and protocol to effectively greet and welcome visitors to the office.

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

·  Greeting and welcoming, check in, visitor badge distribution, handles deliveries and shipments, provides answers or guidance to anyone who comes to the front desk – employee or otherwise.

·  Preparing communications such as organization announcements for the site

·  Working with Operations to keep org charts, seating, etc. up to date

·  Planning employee lunch and learns, trainings, etc

·  Directing business contacts to appropriate managers

·  Coordinating onsite and offsite business meeting and events including customer meetings

·  Manage conference / huddle rooms and common office areas

·  Ordering office supplies

·  PO processing

·  Using discretion in interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally
Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

·  High School Diploma / GED / (12 yrs) School Cert.

·  Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
