Role Summary/Purpose

This Additive/ 3DP Manufacturing Engineer will establish internal processes that safely ensures the production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements for the 3DP/Micro-Mixer area. Drive continuous improvement across the product lines by owning project timelines, improving product quality and resolving technical/process issues.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Additive/ 3DP Manufacturing Engineer you will:

·  Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost savings goals within schedule andbudget
·  Lead priorities to ensure process rigor while managing projects andcontinuous improvement efforts in accordance with plant metrics
·  Lead and drive qualifications
·  Own overall additive component qualification plan and rhythm for landing components from AMW into 3DP production
·  Ensure all engineering designs and technical data meet customer CTQs and compliance requirements
·  Drive a robust training program for manufacturing processes
·  Maintain and improve process documentation and enforce in assigned area to ensure consistent
·  quality
·  Implement, maintain and continuously improve 5S methodology in assigned areas; drive culture change
·  Support NPI/Repair through providing technical support around processes and quality
·  Provide advanced quality engineering of new product introduction involving new processes or advanced automated equipment
·  Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
·  Mentor others in area of expertise
·  Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
·  Own production scorecards on printed and shipped yields, volume, performance and cost savings for Additive Alignment and other Senior Leadership reviews
·  Strategic long-range demand and capacity planning of additive combustion and hot gas path new make and services volume for printers, auxiliary equipment and hourly resources
·  Provide input into S2and Op Plan submittals with investment (P&E) planning and overview of 3DP expansion
·  Key engagement in 5+ year capacity planning for Additive Strategy
·  Communicatesacross the function in area of expertise including strong communication rhythm with AMW, LCOE, DE, MPE
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of professional work experience)
·  Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain
