Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for commitments, orders and convertible orders, and cash for a defined region or fleet across all product portfolios. They will manage the customer relationship, develop winning strategies for their accounts. And lead deal negotiations & closures by partnering with commercial operations & product sales leaders. They will also be primary contact for customer operation and install base information.
Essential Responsibilities

• The Account Manager is responsible for leading customer relationships across the entire Power Services portfolio in the assigned region. Be the face for Power Services commercial Org. and advocate where needed, coordinate across product lines.
• This role will partner with different functional teams to understand the customer environment, and develop account strategies focused on longer term SAS expansion and penetration.
• Support the maintenance of accurate and current outage, project and opportunity information
• Timely maintain and update NEX data
• Drive discovery session data to achieve winning solutions for customers
• Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive penetration and growth
• Strategic assessment to maintain accurate plant/asset data and assess each asset in relation to growth opportunity
• Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities. Own a coordinated ‘one face to the customer’ across the products and develop & own their account plans
• Build growth plans by account , coordinate with other functions in driving detailed account reviews periodically
Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited university or college
• 7+ years of experience in industry-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including minimum 3+ years in a customer-facing role
