General description

As a System and eID Specialists, you will ensure external customers' satisfaction by assisting the customers in the operation of Gemalto Case Management System and eID solution in order to provide customer satisfaction and fulfilment of service level agreements (SLA) and maximize service profitability.

A week in the life of a System and eID Specialist
- You will answer calls, mails and provide appropriate solutions to customer issues.
- You will assist customers in troubleshooting or escalating issues to the research and development team, if needed.
- You will implement appropriate development projects.
- You will manage acceptance and integration before deployment.
- You will perform product migration and deployment at customer sites.
- You will transfer developed and qualified technology to the customer including relevant training.
- You will train customers on new technology.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  To succeed in this job , you must be autonomous, organized and have the ability to solve complex problems and work under pressure.
·  We would appreciate if you have: knowledge of ITIL and PKI technology, production processes and database management.
·  You must be fluent in English and in Norwegian
·  You must be a strong communicator and customer-oriented.
·  You must have a 2 years Degree in Engineering specialized in mechanics/electrical engineering.
·  You must have the ability to travel in Norway, therefore have a driving license
·  You must be aware services delivered (or projects) might require on call support
