As a Service Delivery Manager in the South & Central Europe SDM team in Düsseldorf, you will be the technical interface to the assigned key customer accounts in pre-sales, onboarding, and service management.
You will interact with your assigned customers to make sure that we provide them with a qualitative delivery and personal approach in order to ensure improved customer satisfaction.
A week in the life of
Project management:
- Managing projects through the entire life cycle in respect of cost, time, and quality requirements
- Monitoring and securing project delivery; following-up of production issues
- Defining and following-up agreed action plan with customer to achieve project goals
- Ensuring customer technical account management
- Permanent collaboration with R&D, marketing and sales teams for coverage of deals and customer needs
- Managing answers to customer's technical questions by using internal resources, processes and tools
- Ensuring project documentation
Presales:
- Supporting sales account managers in negotiating deals
- Answering to RFI/RFPs
- Supervising / defining functional and technical specifications with customers
- Participating in customer presentations and meetings
Level 3 incident support (external and internal)
Profil recherché
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• To do this job, you must be good at multitasking and working both independently & in teams. You also have strong analytical skills and a strong drive in initiating, executing and completing given work.
• We would highly appreciate if you had a good experience in communicating with customers on an international level and had a cross-cultural understanding.
• You need to be fluent in English and German.
• We would like someone to join our team who has extraordinary social, communication and coordination skills, plus a strong technical interest and ability to connect the business with technical solutions.
• You need to have a MSc or other academic Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• We are looking for someone with more than 2 years of experience in technical account management, preferably in the mobile industry.
