Summary
Reporting to the Senior Region and Channel Marketing the R&C Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing sales revenue pipeline through both direct and channel focus across the region. Key account, service provider, technology partners and channel partner marketing forms an increasing part of the role and requires the development and implementation of regional marketing plans and programs, driving strategic campaigns and marketing activities into resellers and strategic technology partners as well as key accounts and customers.

A week in the life of a Regional and Channel Marketing Manager (CEE & CIS )
· You will build, execute and measure a strategic marketing plan that is based on regional requirements working closely with the regional sales directors
· You will execute campaigns that drive new business, customer retention, customer communications, partner enablement and brand awareness
· You will drive and implement field marketing programs that integrate solution partners, service providers or technology partners into the field go-to-market plans
· You will localize Global Programs to support regional use cases and messaging, and ensure results are tracked and measured to maximize qualified lead conversion, and ultimately pipeline and revenue
· You will create local field programs that incorporates email, direct, TM, online, web advertising, content syndication, webinars as well as conference speaking program, customer and partner communications, and regional seminars and events
· You will drive face-to-face engagement with key partners and customers to promote the SafeNet message: generic and vertical
· You will build & deliver regional product launch plans for strategic/named accounts, SI, customers, prospects and partners
· You will educate, monitor and drive inside sales & sales on lead follow-up and lead management within SFDC to ensure all marketing leads that turn into opportunities and revenue are tracked and reported accordingly
· You will support EMEA PR programs and localize where applicable
· You will be responsible for budget management and reporting, and regional budget forecast reporting: financially accountable for regional marketing spend and ROI results

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·  To succeed at this job, you must have 3-5 years of marketing experience working with or for IT (IT security preferred)
·  You need to have proven experience of planning, managing and executing effective & creative lead generation & channel marketing programs (including but not limited to direct/email, online advertising, promotions, webinars, telemarketing, web/print advertising, social media) in the technology industry
·  It would be preferred if you have experience on how to manage channel marketing initiatives to support the customer demand generation activities
·  We are looking for someone with intermediate knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems (SFDC/Pardot a plus) and someone who has experience in digital and social marketing campaign execution (LinkedIn, Adwords, Twitter etc…)
·  You need to have fluent in English (spoken and written, third CEE/Russian is a plus)
