We are deploying a new e-purchasing solution to improve our global competitiveness.

We are looking for an intern to support the change management process and learning process. Such support may include training program, communication, investigation, surveys, process improvement...

Good listening is important to interview and train all actors, helping them in their efforts to carry out this new tool and process implementation.

To make a success of this important change in our company, please join our dynamic Purchasing Process team.

You are working with buyers, legal stakeholders and external suppliers through discussions, meetings, training sessions to ensure they comply with our standard purchasing policy and rules.

A week in the life of

You will need to build your own expertise participating to training sessions.

You will be in touch with all those actors over the phone and meetings to implement a consistent Purchasing strategy approach meaning:

-You will need to guide all buyers throughout their learning of this e-purchasing solutions.

-You are in touch with our e-purchasing solution provider, to follow improvement request, to get from them explanations on internal issues raised by users.

-You will have to propose KPI to measure tool usage improvement, action plan to share your progress on project deployment status

Profil recherché

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Purchasing knowledge
Ability to conduct a convesation in English over the phone ( day to day)
Good understanding of Standard Browser
Good listening skills
Project Management and Process improvement skills will be appreciated
