Integration Support Engineer

Job description

As a validation integration support engineer, you will work closely with colleagues and customers to validate, integrate and support products in the fields of image processing, biometrics, automated fingerprint identification for a worldwide customer base which includes law enforcement, government, and commercial customers.

A week in the life of a Validation Integration Engineer:
· You will develop, enhance and configure biometric enrollment and identification product
· You will maintain and support existing biometric enrollment and identification product and troubleshoot current production system issues.
· You will perform entire validation process of biometric products and integrate them in customer environment.
· You will deploy and integrate validated components with external systems.
· You will execute the test plan and present the test results.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
·  To succeed at this job, you must have experience in Software Validation as a Tester/QA/Support Engineer, good knowledge of validation methodologies, processes and tools, knowledge of SQL and Database servers.
·  It would be preferred if you have Linux and Windows system administration, TCP/IP networking and UNIX and Windows scripting experience.
·  You must be fluent in English.
·  We would like someone to join our team who is open-minded, result driven, with excellent client facing, communication and interpersonal skills.
·  You need to have Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other computer related fields.
·  We are looking for someone mobile for frequent travelling with any number of years of experience in the computer industry.
